The Book of Acts: Foundations

In Acts 6–10, we see the early church take its first bold steps beyond the familiar; facing conflict, opposition, and change as the message of Jesus begins to break through cultural, religious, and geographic boundaries.

This part of the story is all about what holds us together when everything around us shifts. From the courage of Stephen and the scattering of the believers, to unexpected conversions and surprising new partnerships, God is laying down foundations; for a church that’s Spirit-led, boundary-breaking, and radically inclusive.

As we move through these chapters, we’ll ask:

• What does faithfulness look like when we’re misunderstood?

• How do we follow God into places we didn’t expect to go?
