Second Harvest Food Bank Sorting

We partner with Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee to help sort, pack, and organize donated food so it can reach families across our region. This is a hands-on, high-impact volunteer opportunity and a meaningful way to serve our neighbors together.

During this shift, we’ll work in Second Harvest’s warehouse to prepare food for distribution. Tasks may include sorting donations, packing boxes, and organizing items for delivery. No special skills are required, just a willingness to jump in and work as a team.

This is a great opportunity for individuals, friends, and families to serve together and make a tangible difference in the fight against food insecurity.

What to Expect:

• Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes.

• Dress in layers, as the warehouse can be cold.
