Sunday Morning Worship

This season will be when we focus on being the change we want to see in the world—the change we are called to be in the world. We have had Christ revealed to us, the example of how to love. Christ has sent the Holy Spirit to us to be our advocate and to guide our steps and words.

We call on the identity we have as God’s children to share that inheritance with our human family. As co-heirs with Christ, we lose nothing by sharing with more people, because God is infinite.

We come to this end of the Book of Acts reading about Paul’s trials and persecution. We see the way that Paul does not back down from professing his story of conversion, Jesus’ love and service in the world, and the ways to nurture the church.
