About the event
Council meetings are where much of the ongoing leadership, planning, and decision-making work of The Circle takes place. These gatherings are primarily for Council members and staff, who are responsible for guiding the direction, health, and operations of the church.
That said, The Circle values transparency and shared ownership. Any Partner of The Circle is more than welcome to attend, listen in, and participate in the conversation as appropriate. Council meetings are one of the ways we practice open leadership and collective responsibility within our community.
Meetings typically include updates on ministry areas, financial and operational planning, and discussion of upcoming initiatives.
